Automation Visionary Andrew Shapcott Joins XpertRule to Accelerate Growth in the Customer Service and Financial Services Sectors

    XpertRule (XR), a leading provider of intelligent automation solutions, which incorporate multiple AI capabilities to streamline and enhance any decision-making process, today announced the appointment of Andrew Shapcott to the role of Strategic Advisor. Andrew will play a vital role in supporting and expanding XpertRule’s customer growing base in the customer service and financial services sectors.

    As a Strategic Advisor, Andrew will help XpertRule shape its intelligent automation messaging, value drivers and proposition, assist in identifying new market opportunities, and support ongoing engagements with clients and partners. Andrew will also participate in webinars and events.

    A pioneer in driving the adoption of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) at Lloyds Banking Group, Andrew has held a wide range of roles including management of contact centres, leading 100 branches across the southeast of England, complaint resolution, as well as customer journey redesign and system thinking.

    Over the past five years Andrew developed, delivered, and ran enterprise-wide automation capabilities across a range of intelligent automation solutions at Lloyds, which covered RPA, virtual assistants, digital products (OCR, remote ID&V, speech to text and text analytics) as well as a platform allowing data scientists to safely develop machine learning models.

    Recently, he also owned change and delivery across Lloyds digital platforms. Before joining Lloyds, Andrew worked in various store management roles with Tesco and then moved into marketing, to develop store campaigns and brand awareness.
