During runtime XpertAgents use a Symbolic AI inference for reasoning with the decision models developed at design time in XpertAgent Studio.

Large language models are again utlised this time for language understanding to extract nuanced attributes and named entities from natural language documents and from multi-channel communications such as emails, messaging and conversations

MS Copilot

XpertAgents run as an embedded custom engine within Microsoft Copilot with Copilot acting as the user interface.

XpertAgents work seamlessly across an enterprise collaborating with other Copilot agents and human workers maintaining the security, auditability, and predictability of decisions.

Continuous Adaptation to Change

As business rules, standards and regulations evolve constantly XpertAgent Studio allows changes to be made in an agile, controlled and auditable manner. Updated documents are ingested, changes to the rules and regulations are highlighted to the subject matter expert for validation, testing and approval before being deployed as updated revisions of the decision models
