    This application demonstrates the use of decision trees and re-answer functionality to facilitate fault diagnosis and resolution. The application contains a significant number of trees, both for diagnosing the technical problem and then for trouble-shooting that diagnosis. During runtime execution the selections of already answered questions can be changed resulting in a different route through the logic being taken.

    The sample was developed using XpertRule Web Author and the screen shots below show some of the logic that was used in the application.
